Silent Walks

Walk your way to wellness with me. 

During all walks a safe container to welcome all of you is created. The walking location will be in nature and vary depending on your location. Walks are approximately 2km in silence followed by tea and sharing.

For one on one walks, a specific healing intention will be set before the walk and integrated after. Approximate total session time 45min.

Cost: $60

Private group walks of any size are available by request. Time varies depending on the length of walk and group size. Tea and treats optional. 

Cost starts at $90

Public group silent walks will be posted on social platforms, please email if you would like to initiate one in your area. Cost $10 per participant.
