Balance Sessions

Balance sessions are an intentional healing space created me and by your willingness to actively enter into a healing container with an intention to welcome what is asking for your attention, staying with the sensations and being willing to let go. Only what is comfortable and aligned for your body system at this time will present itself during the session, minimizing the after effects of forced or over-treatment. 

Balance sessions are for anybody that desires support to feel fully at home in their body with a sense of openness and acceptance of life as well as an increase in vitality and peacefulness. It is helpful in treating a wide variety of physical and/or emotional discomfort whether you are aware of the root cause or the symptoms seem unexplain, whether brand new or held in your system for a long time. 

Sessions involve a mix of  conversation and bodywork. The length varies depending on what your body is ready to release comfortably at this time and ranges from 45-75min. 

Please book an Initial Assessment if this is your first visit and then feel free to choose a brief or full session for your follow up appointment.
